| Story: | Italian style hotdish that is a little like lasagna but has a good parmesan flavor. People rave about this one!! |
| Ingredients: | 7 ounces spaghetti -- drained and cooked 1 whole egg -- beaten 1/4 cup butter -- melted 1/3 cup parmesan cheese 1 pound hamburger -- browned and drained 1 jar Ragu Thick and Hearty spaghetti sauce 8 ounces cottage cheese 2 cups mozzarella cheese -- grated |
| Directions: | Mix together spaghetti, egg, butter and parmesan cheese. Line a greased 9 x 13 pan with spaghetti mix. Spread the cottage cheese over the spaghetti. Mix hamburger and Ragu and pour over cottage cheese. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 until heated through, about 1/2 hour. Top with grated mozzarella and heat until well melted and bubbly. |
